Job Description
The Facilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible for handling various building repairs for commercial office spaces. This role includes tasks such as replacing faucets, changing light fixtures, drywall/patching work, and other various building/equipment repairs. A large aspect of this role will involve creating and maintaining records of repairs and handling customer interactions to obtain information on the equipment needed to be repaired.

Work Environment
The work environment involves handling basic facility and maintenance responsibilities in commercial-style buildings. The shift is from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Arizona.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
