**Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. The working hours are from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm EST, with additional hours, including evenings and weekends, as required based on business needs. This role requires flexibility and a minimum of 40 hours per week. You will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance, responding to emergencies, ensuring safety compliance, and optimizing facility operations. **Responsibilities** + Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety equipment. + Quickly respond to maintenance requests and emergency situations, such as equipment breakdowns or facility damage. + Adhere to strict safety protocols and conduct regular safety inspections to maintain a safe working environment. + Identify opportunities to improve facility efficiency and reduce costs. **Essential Skills** + 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance. + Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality and safety. + Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently. + Physical fitness with the ability to lift up to 50-75 pounds and perform physical tasks, such as climbing ladders and working in confined spaces. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with EHS Training Software. + Proficient in the use of Access Control, Burglar Alarm, Fire Alarm, and Security Camera Systems. + Ability to utilize commercial maintenance software program (E-maint). **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package.
