Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, boiler/steam systems, and domestic water heating systems. The technician will also be responsible for maintaining boiler/condenser water chemical systems, cooling tower and boiler logbooks, and executing work orders on time. A focus on safety, quality, and GMPs is essential. The role includes managing plant utilities systems and contributing to major plant process and utility equipment installations.

Work Environment

The facility is highly automated, with various departments having different conditions. The mixing department is very dirty and involves working with chemicals like carbon black, while the curing department is very hot due to working with molds. Other areas of the warehouse are clean and climate-controlled. PPE is offered but not required, and bikes are available to move between departments.

This is a Permanent position based out of Richburg, South Carolina.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
