Schedule: Second Shift | 6 PM – 6 AM | Rotating 12-hour shifts

Two days on, two days off, three days on, two days off, two days on, three days off – repeat.

Every other weekend: Work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday on alternating weeks.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and fire & life safety systems.

Perform preventative maintenance – inspect, clean, calibrate, and replace components to optimize performance.

Monitor equipment and make real-time adjustments to ensure smooth operations.

Oversee facility maintenance – handle structural upkeep, furniture repairs, and general maintenance.

Manage inventory & purchasing – ensure tools, materials, and supplies are stocked and available.

Use computer systems & Excel – log maintenance activities, track performance, and maintain compliance records.

Coordinate with vendors – oversee contractor work to guarantee quality service at fair prices.

Prioritize safety & compliance – adhere to OSHA and workplace safety regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.

What We’re Looking For:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

8-10 years of experience in commercial facility maintenance

Hands-on expertise in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

EPA 608 Type II Certification

Proficiency in Word, Excel, and maintenance tracking software

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points!):

EPA 608 Universal Certification

Trade schooling in electrical system design, refrigeration, or HVAC

Pay Details: $48.82 per hour
