ResponsibilitiesReactive Maintenance –
· Performs demand repairs on restaurant equipment and property as identified through work orders entered into My Techconnect.
· Proactively creates and completes work orders for critical issues found during restaurant visits not entered by operations.
Preventative Maintenance –
· Performs preventative maintenance service as outlined in PM work orders.
· Creates work orders for needed repairs identified during PM.
Proper utilization of My TechConnect system –
· Ensures work orders are completed in the time frame identified by the priority codes assigned to the work orders by organizing and planning daily work load.
· Maintains accurate parts and company owned tool inventories.
· Ensures warranty process for company restaurants is followed.
· Reports the condition of equipment and property as well as maintenance status to assist
with capital planning.
Personal Development –
· Participates in Individual Development Planning process.
· Completes required safety training to comply with company guidelines.
· Stays current on industry standards.
What we expect from you Education: High School Diploma or GEDAdditional education information (major, etc.):
Knowledge / Skills / Experience -
Technical knowledge of electrical repair, carpentry, and plumbing
Knowledge of HVAC and refrigerationAbility to maintain/repair varied types of electrical equipment1-3 years’ experience in related general maintenance/repair work or equivalent combination of education and experienceCertification – EPA Certification Type I and IICompetencies – Customer Orientation, Learning Agility, Initiative, Functional Expertise, Organizing and Planning.Wendy’s was built on the premise, "Quality is our Recipe®," which remains the guidepost of the Wendy's system.
