**What You Will Do:**
+ Performs maintenance and repairs of mechanical, electrical, and other physical structures.
+ Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs facility mechanical components and electrical systems.
+ Performs machine repair and general preventative maintenance on equipment in compliance with preventative maintenance programs.
+ Maintains equipment process controls and instrumentation to ensure equipment is performing to design specifications.
+ Provides support in the development and implementation of facility and equipment upgrades.
+ Maintains all documentation (electronic and paper) required for repair and preventative maintenance work completed.
+ Complies with SOPs (standard operating procedures), internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications and safety policies.
+ May perform other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications You Must Have:**
+ High School Diploma
+ Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder
+ Must have proficient computer experience with MS Office
+ Flexibility and dedication to perform diverse tasks required to achieve site goals
**Qualifications We Prefer:**
+ AA/AS degree or other 2-year post high school training with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
+ Experience with installation, upgrades, diagnosis, repair of facility and process equipment
+ Previous aerospace manufacturing experience
+ Demonstrated mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control systems aptitude and experience

This role is:
+ Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
_Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility._
The salary range for this role is 44,000 USD - 78,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
