Spherion Waco is recruiting for experienced facilities maintenance technicians. The ideal candidates will be safety minded and have 3+ years experience in commercial maintenance.

Responsibilities:
Ensure all safety materials and maintenance logs are current and accessible.
Monitor facility conditions and address unsafe situations promptly.
Conduct regular inspections and perform routine and preventative maintenance on appliances.
Manage inventory of replacement parts and materials.
Direct and train other maintenance personnel.

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:
Prior experience as a maintenance technician is a plus

Education:
High School

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
Proficiency in written, verbal, and arithmetic skills.
Solid working knowledge of carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
Must have High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to pass a Maintenance Skills Competency Test
Must be able to complete additional certifications as required by law.
