Facilities Maintenance Technician with HVAC/R

Job Description

Provide routine and specialized building repair and maintenance support to the commercial property utilizing the computerized maintenance management system. Identify and correct problems such as mechanical systems (pumps, belt drivers, gear reduction drives, piping, valve diagnosis and replacement), plumbing systems (installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing used for water distribution and waste water disposal), electrical systems (install, test, maintain, and diagnose electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, fixtures, components, and systems), and control systems (sensors, limit switches, solenoids, motors). Provide technical support and general guidance to facility staff in the repair and operation of facility equipment, components, utilities, and the like.

You will be working at a commercial property with a team of 11 others, including the Chief Building Engineer.

We can offer more pay depending on experience.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $38.00
