1. Facilitybot Support:
• Ensure Facilitybot operates smoothly for work orders and service requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to Facilitybot promptly.
• Assist the FMSS in optimizing and configuring Facilitybot to fit workflow needs.
• Maintain the 52-week schedule for Subicwater and Facilities Management, ensuring accurate tracking and updates.
• Support users in effectively utilizing Facilitybot and address system-related queries.
2. IT Infrastructure Assistance:
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues to the Facilities Management team and Operations.
• Assist in the maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and networks.
• Help with the installation, configuration, and upkeep of IT systems.
• Collaborate with the IT Administrator on complex technical issues and system upgrades.
3. Data Integration and Workflow Support:
• Support the integration of Facilitybot with tools like Microsoft Planner.
• Aid in data migration and automation within Facilitybot.
• Monitor Facilitybot and other systems for performance and data accuracy.
4. Training and User Support:
• Train staff and sub-lessees on using Facilitybot for service request submission and tracking.
• Provide ongoing technical support and ensure users understand system processes.
• Document and update troubleshooting guides and user manuals.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
• Generate reports on IT and Facilitybot usage.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation for IT procedures and Facilitybot operations.
• Completion of a 2-year course or equivalent technical training in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
• Knowledge of ticketing systems and technical support practices.
• Familiarity with facility management systems like Facilitybot.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Planner and Office 365 tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective troubleshooting abilities.
• Good communication skills for user and team interactions.
• Experience with system integration and workflow automation.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, and hardware/software setup.
