Do you have experience managing commercial office facilities? We may have the perfect job for you! JLL is seeking a Facility Manager. You will be based out of the Stanford facility and be required to travel to the Waterbury facility, weekly.

The Facility Manager must establish, operate, and maintain a comprehensive Facility Management program which allows an organization to manage and oversee the Operations and Maintenance of the Building, Building Systems and Equipment.

Here is some of what you will do:

Provide leadership, vision and guidance to the operations, maintenance, utility, and support services functions for corporate office locations.Manage, coordinate, and exercise functional responsibility for Facility Management services within assigned office facilities and geography (primarily in CT and surrounding states).Provide overall facility services in accordance with accounts’ standard processes and procedures including application of policies and programs, coordination of information.Coordinate small to medium sized staff moves and update floor plans with accuracy.Manage contractors when on site ensuring each contractor is following all client and JLL policies and ensuring the delivery of the service is completed correctly.Supports the Account Lead in the implementation of short and long-term goals & projects for the client.Assist with preparation of the monthly/quarterly/annual reporting requirements appropriately based on client needs.Manages the work assignments for building technicians, vendors, and contractors.Oversees the development and management of the capital and expense budgets by interfacing closely with the client representative.Recommends capital improvements and prepares operating budget reports.  Prepares monthly operating budget & forecasts and completes monthly variance report.Maintain interface with third-party owners (Landlords), ensuring total contract (Lease) compliance, and resolving critical impact tenant relations issues.Ensure compliance with portfolio-wide initiatives and required local, state, and federal laws.Prepare, submit, and manage facility budgets with the client’s goals and objectives addressed, track variances and ensure a smooth recovery process.All other duties assigned.

Who we are looking for:

5+ years of office facilities management experience in the corporate environment, third party service provider, or as a consultant.Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.Proficient in MS programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.Computer proficiency in CMMS systems and ability to analyze data.

Schedule: Monday - Friday day shift with on-call 24/7 for emergencies

Pay $100,000 - 120,000 with a 10% targeted bonus of the annual salary

Estimated total compensation ran for this position is:

100,000.00 – 120,000.00 USD per year

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
