We are seeking a Facilities Manager with a strong professional presence and the ability to self-perform small facility requests. In this role, you will serve as the single point of contact responsible for facilities management, assisting the Regional Manager and Operations Director in delivering high-quality, client-focused service. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the facilities while providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the liaison between clients and landlord, managing all facility-related services.Ensure the efficient and timely execution of common processes, taking accountability for assigned buildings 24/7Establish and maintain a safety-first culture, promoting and driving safe work practices through timely training, best practices, and rewards and recognition programs.Uphold safety as the overriding priority, adhering to safety tools and practices such as Take 2s, Pre-Task Plans, Safe Operating Practices, Safety Observation tours, and Incident Investigations (5 Whys)Work with the regional manager to develop strategies and continuous improvements that advance the quality-of-service delivery and enhance client partnerships.Manage the housekeeping team, fostering a collaborative and teamwork environment, promoting energy, enthusiasm, and maximizing productivity.Drive performance by meeting client's Key Performance IndicatorsManage operating expense budgets and provide monthly variance reports.Initiate purchase order requests for goods and services within your responsibilityManage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure delivery of goods and services as per contracts and expectations.Ensure client satisfaction by monitoring and increasing customer satisfaction levels in facility management services.Self-perform specific service requests by the Facilities tenants.Ensure compliance with regulatory and standard safety requirements.Participate in meetings as needed and follow up on related issues.Conduct informational client meetings as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in facilities management with a strong professional presenceExcellent communication skills and the ability to interface with senior and executive level clients.Strong attention to detail and customer service orientationAbility to self-perform small facility requests.Knowledge of safety practices and ability to promote a safety-first culture.Budget management skills and ability to provide variance reports.Strong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.Knowledge of maintenance and repair servicesAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

100,000.00 – 100,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
