JOB SUMMARY
The Facilities Manager will be the single point of contact responsible for facilities management, assisting the Regional Manager and the Facility Management team with the delivery of quality facility management services through a team of Facilities Supervisor’s and Operating Engineers. This role will coordinate and manage service delivery to ensure key stakeholder satisfaction at assigned facilities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Regional Manager in the implementation of facility management services for assigned facilitiesDevelop and implement innovative programs, processes and procedures that improve efficiency, reduce operating costs and/or increase productivity for assigned facilitiesOversee Facilities Supervisors to ensure the delivery of maintenance, repairs, and other facility management services for assigned facilitiesResponsible for monitoring and improving key stakeholder satisfaction for assigned facilitiesAchieve all KPI’s/SLA’s for assigned facilitiesManage by fact using available data to support decision making and issue resolution to ensure high quality facility management services at assigned facilitiesOversee Facilities Supervisors to ensure the quality of facility management services for assigned facilities including the daily delivery of third party service contractsOversee the development and management of the detailed annual operating budget for assigned facilitiesOversee the development and management of capital budgets for assigned facilitiesEnsure all equipment and work orders are documented in the CMMS and facility conditions are properly documented and monitoredProvide support, development, and management of facilities staff for assigned propertiesServe as key point of contact to resolve escalations from client site leadership and occupants at assigned properties.Overseen the development and implementation of the annual management planOversee site governance meetings for assigned facilitiesOversee performance of appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting required by client.Any and all other duties and tasks as assignedEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management emphasisMinimum of 8 years industry experience required either in the K-12, higher education, corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultantAchieve results through others - strong organizational, management, supervisory and interpersonal skillsManage by fact – leverage business intelligence to improve service deliveryKnowledge of facility management services, real estate, accounting and building systemsExperience managing multiple sites, both technical and administrative staff and key client stakeholdersExcellent customer, computer, managerial, verbal and written communication skillsExperience using CMMS, Microsoft Office applications, and building systemsAbility to multi-task and effectively organize responsibilities to achieve assigned facility goals and objectivesAbility to develop productive working relationship with key stakeholders and work collaboratively with client personnel and other third parties in order to enhance the experience of facility usersLocation:
