ROLE SUMMARY:
Our Supply group is responsible for brewing, packaging and shipping the famous Budweiser beer. They also oversee aluminum can manufacturing, barley fields, hop farms and a rice mill. Life in supply is non-stop action with high-speed lines, tight production schedules and unbelievably high quality standards. This is a place where we measure productivity in seconds, not hours, days or weeks. Paramount in all of this is a commitment to safety above all else and social responsibility. 99.8% of everything that enters our breweries is either completely used in the process or recycled. We also dedicate those big, high-speed lines to help our communities during times of disaster by packaging cans of emergency drinking water. JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
The Facilities Manager is responsible for maintaining and ensuring the management of Facilities, General Sanitation.
This position will develop and execute projects as required and manage day to day operations related to brewery assets including buildings, infrastructure, services, sanitation and landscape grounds. This position will interface with Production departments, Senior Leadership, Real Estate, Construction, and Capex teams.
The Facilities Manager is responsible for preparing budgets and managing preventative maintenance agreements, managing vendors including contract negotiation, project management, and vendor relations as well as cost saving initiatives, equipment upgrades and providing solutions to any facility related issue. This includes scheduled maintenance, scheduled services, repairs and housekeeping.
Monitors and supervises all contracted services including Janitorial, HVAC, Conveyances, Fire Alarm, Fire Suppression, Scales, Cranes/Hoists, Railroad, Roofing and Vending. Ensures and monitors contractors are adhering to brewery safety programs.
Leads office operations and custodial teams to ensure smooth day to day operations. Also liaises with IT support as well as Security. Coordinates events with Building Management for HVAC.
Also responsible for supporting facility requests or events.
KEY RESOONSIBILITIES:
Lead strategic planning, direction, and goal setting for the Facilities department as well as recommends policies, practices, and procedures.
Manage the facility capital and operating expense budgets presenting updates on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Manage day to day brewery general sanitation.
Lead the development and implementation of policies and SOP’s that provide clear standards and drive accountability in the cleanliness of all locations.
Develop schedules for preventative maintenance/cleaning and ensures that the facility is inspected regularly to identify current and potential needs.
Oversee maintenance of accurate records of the condition of electrical, air conditioning, plumbing and other essential facilities and equipment.
Develop and execute Maintenance & Repair Programs for: Safety Services including Fire Alarm System, Fire Protection system, Emergency Lighting, Emergency Eyewash systems.
Utility Services including Plumbing/Sewer, Lighting/Power Receptacles, HVAC Systems and Controls, and Filters.
Interior Maintenance including: Painting, Insulation, Flooring, Carpeting, Acid Brick and Coatings, Doors, Locks, and Signage.
Exterior Maintenance and Monitoring including: Walkways, Asphalt, Access Doors, Roll-Up Doors, Fencing, Storm Runoff Control, Snow Removal, Roofing, and Windows.
Maintain Wastewater Systems (Land App line and City Sewer) Vacuum Breakers and Pressure Relief Valves. Respond to ”Colorado 811” requests for locates.
Manage PM and repair of loading dock equipment including dock plates, dock levelers, trailer restraints, and rollup doors.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree desired (preferably in architecture, engineering or related field).
3+ years of related experience in facilities management, space management, architecture, engineering, or building management.
Proven track record in cost management, ability to demonstrate strong decision-making and leadership skills.
Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS project.
Strong project management and planning skills.
Strong communication skills with all levels of management.
