The Facilities Manager will report to the Corporate Property Management Director and have responsibility for Facilities and Corporate Property Management including third-party FM Services, Leases and Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Project Management, Purchasing & Inventory, and Mail Center Operations.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Facilities Management:
• Responsible for the maintenance of bank properties and the contract work at those locations including oversight of FM Service Provider
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, service organizations, and contractors along with Project Manager
• Liaison with contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and bank staff for the maintenance and improvements of bank properties/offices
• Ability to manage or direct the project lifecycle for large- and small-scale projects
• Direct the construction and readiness of new bank branches and corporate offices
• Ensures leases are managed, tracked, and coordinated for renewal and/or disposition
• Work directly with brokers for leases, acquisitions, and disposition of properties
• Oversees the coordination of Space Planning and seating requirements for all employees and all technology integrations required.
• Responsible for annual budget process for facilities including operating and capital expenditures
• Lead and mentor a team of facility management and purchasing professionals
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders providing regular updates on projects
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Purchasing & Inventory:
• Responsible for the Purchasing function whose responsibilities include soliciting and reviewing proposals from vendors for the purchase of supplies/equipment.
• Coordinates the inventory and reorder process.
• Reviews and approves invoices based on approval authority
• Responsible for the preparation of capital expenditure and budget items.
Mail Center Operations:
• Responsible for overseeing the Mail Center Operations bank wide including logistics
• Manage third party vendor for mailroom services including deliveries, messenger services and mail routes.
• Analyzes and enhances the efficiency of operations as feasible including integration of relevant technologies

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
• 5 Years - Related management experience.
• 10 Years - Related experience and/or training, preferably in banking/purchasing/facilities management.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Periodically exposed to elements such as noise, intermittent standing, walking, occasional pushing, carrying, or lifting up to 75 pounds. Could involve outdoor work in varying weather conditions. May also involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling and/or climbing.
Work is performed in a normal office environment. Noise levels are usually moderate. May also involve travel to customers and property locations.
