Job Description
Manage maintenance and repair team. Oversee building transition experience, leading a team of 5 directs and a few contractors. Start the day in e-maintenance, reviewing downtime tickets, and prioritizing unplanned and down equipment. Conduct daily layered accountability meetings to set priorities for the day with the facilities team. Follow up with PMs to stay on schedule and with owners of value stream lead. Manage a facility transition project with a deadline until next summer. Budget maintenance and always aim to reduce unplanned downtime.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $94000.00 - $110000.00
