Job Title: Facilities Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager with strong technical skills in HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems. The ideal candidate will be proficient in reading blueprints, familiar with renovations, and capable of performing regular preventative maintenance and maintenance planning. Strong management and communication skills are essential for supervising a handyman and managing vendors.

ResponsibilitiesPerform regular preventative maintenance on facility systems.Plan and oversee maintenance activities.Supervise one handyman and coordinate with vendors for various projects.Read and interpret blueprints to guide renovation and maintenance work.Ensure all HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems are in good working order.Manage facility repairs and ensure timely completion.Maintain a professional attitude and ensure high standards of facility management.Additional Skills & Qualifications3-5+ Years of Technical Experience, 1+ Year of Supervisory/Lead Experience Preferred.Boiler license preferred but not required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $40.00
