This full-time permanent role offers the flexibility of working remotely, combined with on-site responsibilities, including auditing approximately 54 sites and ad hoc locations in the NSW Northwest region.
Your Responsibilities
In this dynamic role, you will:
Oversee the delivery of the Services Agreement, ensuring all contractual KPIs are achieved. Drive financial success by meeting annual profit forecasts. Conduct site audits and ensure compliance with OHS&E policies. Act as a customer advocate by delivering outstanding service experiences. Lead and manage subcontractors with clear communication and effective leadership.What You’ll Bring
Knowledge & Experience
Proven expertise in integrated services, including property, facilities, and financial management. Experience managing large-scale maintenance activities. Skilled in subcontractor procurement and management. Strong knowledge of legislative and statutory maintenance requirements. Proficiency in CMMS and desktop applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Environmental, sustainability, and energy management experience. Adaptable and innovative problem-solving skills.Desirable Qualifications
Formal qualifications or substantial experience in Facilities Management. Background in estimating and optimizing whole-of-life costs.Why Join Us?
