Facilities Manager opening in the Milton, MA area.

Daily responsibilities:

\n

\n\nWalk and inspect the community to ensure the community is well maintained, cared for, code and compliance are met.\nUsing inhouse software, review work order tickets, prioritize tasks, perform maintenance work, update status of work performed, and close out tickets.\nPerform light plumbing, investigate leaks, and snake drains.\nPerform light Electrical, change out light bulbs, light sockets, and light fixtures.\nPerform light carpentry, dry wall, patch, and paint.\nEstablish routine and preventative maintenance schedules.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n

\n Requirements\n3+ years of related experience.\nKnowledge of general maintenance requirements, (documentation, safety, required reporting,regulations, etc.).\nProfessional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).\nProfessional customer service and follow-up skills.\nKnowledge of company policies, procedures and forms.\nTime management and time critical prioritization skills.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.\n\n
