**Job Title: Facilities Manager**
**Job Description**
The Facilities Manager will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials and components in support of production. The role involves negotiating supplier contracts, managing inventory, and ensuring that quality standards are met. The manager will find suppliers and evaluate them based on quality, cost, and delivery speed, negotiate contracts and prices to get the best terms for the company, and maintain inventory levels to ensure materials are available. Additionally, they will ensure that purchased materials meet company quality standards, research and analyze market trends and supplier performance, build and maintain relationships with production and suppliers, prepare purchase orders, maintain records, and communicate any issues effectively.
**Responsibilities**
+ Source and purchase materials and components in support of production.
+ Negotiate supplier contracts and manage inventory.
+ Ensure that quality standards are met.
+ Find and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery speed.
+ Negotiate contracts and prices to get the best terms for the company.
+ Maintain inventory levels to ensure materials are available.
+ Ensure that purchased materials meet company quality standards.
+ Research and analyze market trends and supplier performance.
+ Build and maintain relationships with production and suppliers.
+ Prepare purchase orders and maintain records.
+ Communicate any issues effectively.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
