**Job Title: Facilities Manager** **Job Description** The Facility Manager will be responsible for overseeing all facility-related functions, including HVAC, painting, projects, electrical, and plumbing. The role involves managing 3-4 Facility Technicians, scheduling, vendor management, and creating preventative maintenance schedules.
