Our client, a leader in facilities management, is seeking a Facilities Manager to join their team. As a Facilities Manager, you will be part of the operations team supporting a major client in the Louisville area. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, superior client relationship management abilities, and a collaborative management style, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Oversee the operational aspects of assigned properties to maintain and improve their value. Develop and execute the overall vision of the facilities team in collaboration with senior management. Inspect sites routinely to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety procedures. Manage third-party contractors and vendors for operational maintenance and project services. Foster positive relationships with client managers and operations teams to ensure service delivery satisfaction.

What's Needed?

A minimum of five to eight years of facilities management experience is required. Experience in managing facilities teams and 24/7 operations in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with CMMS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
