**Facilities Manager** **Exton, PA (on-site)** The Facilities Manager will actively lead the planning, design review, and integration of construction projects; ensure the physical condition of all building and ground across the campus; and develop short- and long-range strategic goals and objectives. Provide leadership, for site facilities road map, development of the strategies alliance in a major manufacturing plant, including management/coordination of external engineering resources, (contractors and suppliers) preparation of bid packages, design reviews, project management and compliance with local/state/federal codes and regulations.for assessing the facility’s resource requirements.
