Facilities Manager Fulfillment Center

The Opportunity

Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage the Corporate Real Estate Workplace Services (CREWS) for the fulfillment center. You will work onsite and your responsibilities will include building operations and maintenance, uniformed security, dining services, housekeeping, office services, and employee store operations.

Your Impact

Maintain site including building and capital expenditure projects

Respond to employee concerns and responsible for maintaining a safe work environment for the CREWS team and employees and guests in general.

Deliver an exceptional employee experience while managing cost and vendor strategies.

Direct the outsource relationship with vendors for dining services and housekeeping.

Maintain relationships with property management liaisons. Plan and communicate major building services /projects.

Lead, develop, and motivate the CREWS teams, communicates performance goals and priorities.

Responsible for financial budgets using forecasting tools.

Implement CREWS responsibilities, including building operations and maintenance, uniformed security, dining services, housekeeping, office services, and employee store operations

Ensure that all systems (electrical, mechanical and plumbing) perform at optimal levels following the law. Maintain statutory records, certificates and test certificates in an up-to-date and available fashion.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required,

5+ years' experience leading a facilities or maintenance team in a large-scale manufacturing or distribution environment.

Demonstrate customer service with a focus on safety & responsiveness

Develop working knowledge of all areas of the organization and the ability to develop a clear understanding of our functional processes and resources.

Develop, lead and motivate teams of employees and strategic outsource vendors.

Accomplished in leading change

Experience leading building operations and services.

Build and execute strategies aligned to business and site initiatives.

Experience making decisions concerning the operation of facilities, the design implementation and operation of critical systems, and capital /expense management.
