**Job Description**
This position will report directly to one of the NCA Plant Engineering Supervisors and will have a variety of Facility maintenance responsibilities including but not limited to, carpentry, patching, painting, doors, locks, and flooring. The selected candidate will work in our downtown Nashua NH facility, which sits on 22 acres and has approximately 680,000 square feet of office, lab and manufacturing space.

The successful candidate must have strong communication skills, be self-motivated and capable of working in a collaborative team environment. The successful candidate shall have a proven track record of work experience in a relative field and be capable of the following:
+ Installs, maintains and dismantles a wide variety of facility equipment.
+ Must be capable of working from blueprints, equipment drawings, schematics and manufactures specification and literature.
+ Works independently and/or leads a group of workers to complete assignments, renovations, fit-ups or repairs. Must be capable of performing periodic maintenance inspection on all types of facilities infrastructure and equipment.
+ Must have a track record for great customer service demeanor and capable of working with outside contractors and vendors.
+ Responsible for ensuring that all work is performed and completed as specified by contract, engineering drawings/specifications and applicable codes.
+ Must be able to operate within a computerized maintenance work order system. Qualitied candidate must be able to log work performed, provide a brief explanation of the problem, and summarize what was replaced and or repaired.
+ Must be willing to participate in the on-call coverage for the facility.
+ Must be able to perform work from elevated platforms or mechanical lifts.
+ Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
+ Responsible to maintain a safe and clean work environment to include tools, equipment, and facility stock areas.
+ Routine site maintenance duties to include but are not limited to Patching, painting, carpentry, flooring (VCT, carpet tile, hardwood etc.) welding, metal fabrication, acoustical ceiling repairs/installation, demolition, piping insulation etc.
+ Qualified personnel duties including but not limited to lamp, ballast, electrical cover removal/replacement
+ Periodically assists skilled trades with non-license required tasks to remove/replace belts, motors, pumps, seals, gaskets etc.
+ Preventative maintenance of site owned equipment and utility systems
+ Assist with Modular & Systems Furniture Moves.
+ Set up for major events as needed.
+ Escorting vendors.
+ May be required to clean and service equipment that may contain hazardous substances and to participate in the sorting and accumulation of hazardous waste materials in accordance with federal, state and local regulations.
+ Calculate amounts of required materials and estimate costs.
+ Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Previous Full-Time experience (minimum) in a facilities maintenance role in a commercial/industrial setting
+ Experience working with other trade professionals in a collaborative environment

**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $54560 - $87340
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
