City Wide of Austin seeks a Facilities Night Manager to oversee buildings in South Austin territory, coordinate service providers, and work with the account manager to resolve customer issues. As a City Wide of Austin Facilities Night Manager, you will be able to develop and maintain productive working relationships with service providers, communicate with the account manager any issues that need immediate attention, make recommendations of service providers for work assignments, and inspect buildings. In the buildings you oversee, you will be responsible for checking, organizing, and maintaining records and inventories. This is a Night Manager position – required working hours are Monday-Friday 5:30 pm to 1:30 am. Must be able to work these hours exclusively and have a flexible schedule. This MUST be your primary job and NOT a 2nd job. Pays $23.00 an Hour, plus mileage.
