Our client, a leader in facilities management, is seeking a Facilities Operations and Emergency Program Manager to join their team. As a Facilities Operations and Emergency Program Manager, you will be part of the Facilities Operations Team supporting the Store Development Facility Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Facilities Operations and Emergency Program Manager
**Location: Rockville, Maryland (Hybrid 3 days in the office & 2 days from home)**
**Pay Range: $48 per hour**
**What's the Job?**
+ Manage the day-to-day operations of store critical infrastructures and provide operational and emergency facilities needs.
+ Support the implementation and use of global work order management systems.
+ Monitor and report on service provider quality and cost, recommending adjustments as necessary.
+ Conduct store walk-throughs to ensure compliance with fire/life safety and environmental codes.
+ Handle routine facilities-related inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
**What's Needed?**
+ BA/BS degree and/or 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Familiarity with mechanical refrigeration and building systems.
+ Good knowledge of facilities management and inspection processes.
+ Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management systems.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
