Facilities Operations I&C/TGM Technician

Insight Global is hiring a Facilities Operations I&C/TGM Technician for a leading Semiconductor company in Austin, TX. This technician will work across all specialties/disciplines while performing preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, trouble calls, design, project management, system startup and commissioning, vendor interface, contract coordination, and inspection activities. This individual will effectively communicate and interact with I&C team, operations group leaders, AuSS staff, client management, suppliers, and internal business partners.
Day-To-Day:
- Operate, maintain, install, repair, and troubleshoot "all" site facilities systems.
- Operate and maintain site FMCS and BAS automation systems.
- Perform preventative, predictive, and RCM maintenance on "all" site facilities systems.
- Participate in technical training in advanced technical areas and emergency facilities activities.
- May oversee and support air-balancing requirements for factory and office space personnel.
- Maintain and update operating procedures.
- Perform minor pipefitting (controls related) maintenance, repairs, and installations.
- Meet all compliance dates for calibrations.
- May apply and interpret predictive maintenance concepts including, thermographic inspection, and ultrasonic analysis.
- Perform a wide range of low voltage electrical maintenance installations and troubleshooting.
- Order materials and parts through PO's and ASP accounts.
- Support and maintain equipment calibration database for all PME equipment used for calibrations.
- Perform preventative maintenance functions on toxic gas monitoring controllers.
- Perform instrumentation calibration, installation, and troubleshooting of electronic devices such as temperature transmitters, humidity transmitters, and level controllers.
