The Facilities Operations IDIQ Manager, based in Washington, D.C. provides overall leadership for all technical aspects of the work performed under this contract. The IDIQ Manager will serve as the agency’s principal subject matter expert and manage all project staff. The IDIQ Manager will continuously monitor all contract activities and recommend adjustments when necessary. Technical leadership: Provides technical leadership for all aspects of the work Contract performance: Manages the contract performance of the Task Orders Compliance: Ensures compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures Reporting: Develops regular reports and monitors activities Liaison: Serves as the primary liaison with the relevant organization Staff management: Manages project staff, including training, mentoring, and hiring Representation: Represents the organization at meetings, workshops, and other events
