**Job Title: Facilities Painter** **Job Description** We are seeking two experienced painters to work independently throughout the campus. Each morning, our painters will receive their work orders, gather their supplies, and perform their tasks using brushes and rollers. This role requires a high level of expertise in commercial painting, with 3-4 years of relevant experience. **Responsibilities** + Receive and review daily work orders upon arrival. + Gather necessary painting supplies and materials. + Perform painting tasks using brushes and rollers. + Ensure high-quality finishes on all painted surfaces. + Follow safety policies and procedures to minimize physical risks. + Occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. **Essential Skills** + 3-4 years of commercial painting experience. + Proven knowledge of painting and finishing techniques. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. + Ability to follow safety policies and procedures. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + OSHA 10 certification is highly preferred. + Any handyman skills will make the candidate more desirable. + Previous experience in a painting or equivalent role. **Why Work Here?** This opportunity offers a chance to work independently within a supportive team environment. There are approximately 15 other individuals on the crew across various trades. While there will be some interaction and shared workspace, most of the work is performed independently. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
