Description of Duties\:
The Facilities Power Panel Administrator supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The Facilities Power Panel Administrator is part of the Facilities Configuration Management team on Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado Springs. The candidate will\:
· Ensure power panel documentation matches as-built conditions within the facility
· Assist with customer coordination in support of facilities outages
· Support development and maintenance of the facilities technical baseline.
· Perform plug/unplug operations for building customers. This includes\:
o obtaining approvals
o customer coordination
o documentation updates as required
· Complete power panel circuit change requests, input drawing change notifications and update power panel schedules based on facilities project work or when discrepancies between technical baseline documentation and as-built conditions are identified.
· Develop relationship with government customers and building tenant leadership to provide world class facility service for building customers.
· Support outages for facilities project implementation by attending outage preparation meetings, providing relevant documentation and providing input on outage activities.
· Serve as an electrical system subject matter expert for both technical and non-technical power systems.
· Create and update work instructions for various processes as part of the Facilities Configuration Management team.

Basic Requirements\:
Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience\: HS Diploma (or GED) and 4 years of general experience; Associate’s degree and 2 years of general experience; Bachelor’s degree, or higher, and 0 years of general experience;
· Must have 2 years of directly related experience
· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces such as underfloor areas
· Must have, or obtain, an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
Desired Requirements\:
· Be familiar with Configuration Management and Quality Assurance processes
· Have experience with customer coordination, customer service and/or planning/scheduling
· Be familiar with facilities electrical systems and maintenance
· Be familiar with Autodesk Revit, Maximo and Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
· Have a current Colorado Journeyman Electrical License or reciprocal from another state.
This position is expected to pay $68,000 - $93,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
