Check out some of what you will do:
Assist Facility Managers with tactical planning for the site as needed or requested.Heavy project management/coordinationRetrieve mail/packages from the loading dock and distribute following the site SOWAssist with ordering of office supplies, consumables, PPE, etc.Provide general overall facility management services, including continuous monitoring of the office/facility Support work order management for in-house staff and vendors as necessary.Assist with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities Coordinate special events in support of the client or JLL Support facility soft services as needed and directed, such as: meetings preparation, conference room reservations and set up, food services, vending, and badgingAct as an interface with client, vendors, visitors, and guests with a focus on providing quality customer service, and ensure appropriate follow up with customers Provide direction/information to vendors, facilities staff, and service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within the client environment with minimal disruption Monitor and report to the Facility Manager on the facility operation, through both direct employees and third-party service providers, to ensure that all KPI’s and SLA’s are met or exceeded Assist with researching, analyzing, and reporting budget variances, and manage site level invoicing. Implement and monitor hazard control and team safety practicesAny other tasks and duties assignedWho we are looking for:
Required
3+ years of process and program management/coordinationExcellent verbal/written communication and presentation skillsProven record of providing excellent internal and external customer serviceStrong knowledge of Microsoft OfficePreferred
Prior facilities management experienceKnowledge of Microsoft VisioSchedule: Monday - Friday day shift. Start and end times are dependent on the incumbent's location.
Pay $24.03-33.66 hourly
Estimated total compensation for this position:
50,000.00 – 70,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
