Job Description
This is a 6-month temporary position to help manage a $20 million expansion project. The role involves bridging the gap between internal management (Project Engineer, EHS Manager) and contractors on-site. You will assist with scheduling contractors, typically managing around 10 contractors on-site per day, and ensuring all safety rules and guidelines are followed.
ResponsibilitiesAssist with scheduling contractors and manage their daily activities.Manage the project's budget.Assist with the planning and installation of new machinery.Ensure all contractors follow safety rules and guidelines.Utilize SAP for work orders.Responsible for resource allocation and scheduling.Essential Skills10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong communication skills.Proficient ERP experience, preferably SAP-PM.Experience managing capital improvement and expansion projects with a $20 million budget.Experience working with outside contractors.Additional Skills & QualificationsSix Sigma Greenbelt Certification.Why Work Here?
