POSITION SUMMARY: The Internal Facilities Project Technician will assist and perform various tasks for remodel projects. This position also aids other skilled tradespersons in the completion of complex tasks such as the installation of new equipment, troubleshooting and repair of building systems, retrofitting of lighting fixtures, installation of new electrical devices, installation of ceiling tiles, mounting items securely to walls, and various other remodel and installation of building items. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School Diploma/ GED Experience: 2 years’ experience of leading or assisting with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or painting projects. Licensure/ Certification: Active state driver's license Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
