**Facilities Services Assistant** _Location:_ Philadelphia, PA 19103 _Assignment Type:_ 1-Year On-Site (Temp to Hire) _Schedule:_ Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM _Pay Rate:_ $24.00 per hour **About the Role:** We’re looking for a Facilities Services Assistant to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys supporting office operations, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with facility-related tasks. **Key Responsibilities:** + Greet visitors and manage reception duties + Maintain a clean and organized office environment + Assist with troubleshooting and resolving facilities issues + Set up conference rooms and support catering needs + Handle records logistics and ensure compliance **Requirements:** + 2+ years of office support experience + Strong customer service and communication skills + Excellent organizational and time management abilities + Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and AV equipment + Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. + High School Diploma or GED required **Additional Information:** The ideal candidate will be adaptable and willing to work outside of regular hours when necessary.
