You will be the Facilities Services Coordinator for our Facilities Management team. Our team is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of various facilities services, including Reserved Parking and Subcontracted Food Services, to provide an exceptional experience for employees and visitors.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Facilities Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of Reserved Parking and Subcontracted Food Services, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of these services, resolving issues, and maintaining compliance with company policies and standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing reserved parking space assignments, processing requests, and maintaining accurate records
• Coordinating with employees to resolve parking-related issues and concerns
• Overseeing daily operations of subcontracted food services, including cafes, vending machines, and catering services
• Managing food service contracts, resolving disputes, and ensuring contract compliance
• Providing excellent customer service to employees and visitors
• Periodic travel to support business needs and facility operations

Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities management, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with contract management, customer service principles, and facilities operations.
Desired Skills:
- Ability to travel as required, estimated to be at least one trip per month
- LMBuildings (IBM Tririga) Experience
- Previous experience managing food services or reserved parking or working in a customer facing role.
- AutoCAD experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
