Facilities Services Manaager
Facilities Service Manager is an essential role and is responsible for overseeing all Facilities Services offered at our incredible 70-acre site in Austin, TX. This role will work closely with the Facilities Manager and clients to provide support for the organization. **In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Set priorities and overseeing campus services including janitorial, landscaping, food service, pest control, mailroom, copy center, event setups, and other services as required. + Manage ongoing service contracts; set scope, procure bids, make sure COIs are current, and oversee that contractor's work is completed to NI's satisfaction. + Manage budgets of service providers to ensure we are maximizing service potential while maintaining budgets. + Manager would own service portion of the budget. + Ensure that all services work orders are completed in a timely and professional manner. + Manage all aspects of space management including space allocation, moves, timing, expansion/contraction using and managing NI's space management tool. + Collaborate with key contacts in all departments to understand their needs and respond with Facilities solutions and support. + Work closely with G&A teams including HR, IT, and others to deliver a comprehensive and modern employee experience that includes coordinated solutions. + Assist in the preparation of operating and capital budgets. + Reviews and authorizes purchase requests to ensure service agreements are met and are following procedures and budgets. + Update and maintain the Facilities SharePoint page to streamline access to critical information. + Participate in the development of goals and objectives as well as policies and procedures; make recommendations for changes and improvements to existing standards, policies, and procedures. + Partner with Building Chief Engineer, the Maintenance Team, space designers, and others to ensure alignment and timing of all services and experience delivered by Facilities. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + 5+ years in facilities management, property management or relevant role + Experience with managing employees and processes + Experience developing and managing budgets + Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain high levels of productivity + Ability to learn quickly and work autonomously + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor coordination and team collaboration + Proven experience working with Microsoft Excel and other business applications + Possible travel required + Be capable of operating independently and autonomously + Perform other duties as required **Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:** + Knowledge of sustainability practices and waste management programs is a plus **Our Offer To You:** We recognize for our organization to support a diverse workforce, we must focus on employee wellbeing.
