Facilities Service Officer

Location: CBOI, North Wall Quay, Dublin

Salary: €29,500

What you’ll do:

Coordinate and support the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance services across multiple sites.

Monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure compliance and quality standards are consistently met.

Maintain and update CAFM/CMMS systems for accurate scheduling, reporting, and compliance tracking.

Generate and review cyclical reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Provide excellent customer service by responding to queries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction.


What you bring:

Proven experience with CAFM/CMMS systems (preferably QFM) and a strong understanding of maintenance coordination.

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.

Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.

Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and suppliers.

A flexible and proactive approach to work, with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
