Do you have experience managing operations in a commercial facility and leading teams? We’re looking for a Facility Site Leader to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our commercial facility. Key Responsibilities: + Manage and maintain 10,000 up to 200,000 sq. ft. facility’s HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance. + Lead, train, and mentor a team of technicians and maintenance staff. + Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all facility systems. + Oversee facility operations, including compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. + Communicate regularly with clients to address needs, update on maintenance schedules, and ensure satisfaction. + Utilize IT tools to track maintenance logs, schedule repairs, and report issues. + Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related problems as they arise, ensuring minimal downtime. Qualifications: + Strong technical expertise in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. + Previous experience in facility management or a similar role. + Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Strong IT proficiency, including facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite. + Deep understanding of how commercial facilities operate and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. + Ability to maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders. Preferred Skills: + Certification in facility management or related fields. + Experience working with energy-efficient systems and sustainability practices.
