The Opportunity:

 

The Facilities Site Manager will direct facilities maintenance and repairs for the Fisher Plano Campus and any future buildings. You will manage the campus facilities including buildings, storm sewers, lighting, sanitary sewer, irrigation system, and landscaping.     


The Day-to-Day:

Manage facilities staff on a daily basis and administer work order programProvide support and expertise to improvements and capital projects in the buildings including general repair and maintenance of office buildingsRespond to after hours time-sensitive calls from tenants, property managers, or building ownersInspect premises daily to determine general condition of propertyMaintain fire safety standards per local building codesProvide expertise, planning, and recommendations involving HVAC and electrical requirementsSupport the planning, implementation, and management of tenant improvement projects and assist in design and engineering of facilities projectsCreate and manage preventative maintenance programs for building and equipmentManage facilities software work order programSet performance metrics for facilities staff and response timeProvide property manager and owner with weekly reports on facility statusCreate and manage facility staff training programMaintain safety standards as outlined by our company on all activities related to the business

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, engineering, facilities, or project management or a similar field. MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred2+ years of experience managing maintenance for a Class A office building and managing facilities staff or work crewsExperience working with architects, design engineers, and city officials for building construction related purposes and the ability to read blueprintsWilling to be on call 24/7 as needed
Electrical: 5 years experience providing electrical services; installations of panels boards, circuits, efficient lighting systems; Experience performing preventive maintenance on electrical switchgear and main distribution and branch circuit panel boardsLife Fire Safety: 3 years experience in fire and safety codes; high-rise certifications preferredCommunications/Data Wiring: 5 years experience running data and phone wires including fiberHVAC: Perform preventive maintenace on HVAC units
