This job will support the Project/ Program Management function. They are responsible for the creation and delivery of strategic small Revenue and Capital projects /programs representing major company initiatives. This is an onsite role that will support both King of Prussia, PA and Collegeville, PA sites. **What you’ll do** + Create Maintain and distribute routine reports and other project documentation. + Assist project managers with creation and execution of project change control process. + Use aggregate data from multiple sources to build a complete required project handover package. + Learn key systems and processes including providing knowledge transfer to teams. + Collaborate with personnel from other departments to assist with project implementation and process improvements. + Collect project timeline based on info and input from other team members and update to find schedule slippage or other program-related issues. + Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them. + Assist Project controller with financial and purchasing processes. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. + Impact the quality of own work. + Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. + Exchange straight forward information, ask questions, and check for understanding. **What you’ll need** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. + Experience with analyzing information, project accounting and purchase order processes. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mentality. + Intermediate math skills.
