TE Connectivity's Facilities Team conduct facilities and property administration, office planning, corporate leasing and/or real estate coordination. They work closely and provide advice and counsel to company and/or vendor representatives coordinating major facility constructions or modifications or leasing and real estate activities.
Job ResponsibilitiesProvide full spectrum of general administration support to the Company under Facilities. Manage and support daily operations with close collaboration with all functions team members Manage cost allocation, payments and preparing reports etc Manage office supplies & equipment purchasing, local & oversea mailing service, telecommunications, janitorial & office cleaning service, carpark allocation, company mobile phone program, etc Handle expats lease and related matters Manage office security related matters such as access control & CCTV system, visitor registration, etc Liaise with internal and external parties effectively Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and vendors, monitor and follow up the work progress and performance Liaise with other external agencies and service providers to deliver high quality of support services Liaise between tenants, landlord and contractors for planned maintenance Handle company travel program including airline and hotel RFP, concur system, employees’ enquiries, etc Assist in procurement and tendering Assist in company enterprise risk & security matters, health & safety programs and substitutability initiatives / projects Assist in preparing annual budget and monitor its implementation Assist in office space management, office modification and renovation projects Coordinate and provide support to various company events and activities, such as annual party, festival parties, health & safety, wellness, corporate responsibilities, etc Provide support for various company committees and activities Supervise a reception in carrying out the duties Perform other ad-hoc duties or tasks as assigned
