**Job Title: Facilities Supervisor** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and operations of our industrial manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both technical and administrative aspects of facility management, with a focus on food manufacturing. **Responsibilities** + Supervise a team of 4-6 hourly employees, providing guidance, training, and support. + Report directly to the Facilities Superintendent, ensuring all maintenance activities align with company standards and goals. + Oversee the operation and maintenance of wastewater treatment systems, boilers, plant water systems, air compressors, HVAC systems (ammonia experience is a plus), various types of doors, and food manufacturing floor maintenance. + Manage contractors and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. + Perform administrative tasks including the use of MS Office products, especially Excel, and CMMS software. + Handle coaching and disciplinary actions for subordinates as needed. + Work primarily on the day shift, with the understanding that some weekends and/or after-hours work may be required. **Essential Skills** + Previous experience with supervision in an industrial manufacturing environment. + Experience in food manufacturing. + Strong experience in both technical and administrative aspects of facility management. + Proficiency in MS Office products, especially Excel. + Familiarity with CMMS software. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with ammonia-based HVAC systems. **Why Work Here?** + Weekly pay. + Benefits start on day 1. + 1st year, PTO accrues 1.5 hours per week. + Tuition reimbursement. + Relocation bonus offered. + Competitive pay rates, among the highest in the Florence area. + 11 uniforms issued. + Top-tier benefits package. + Privately held, family-owned and operated company. + Onsite health center providing primary care, lab tests, chronic health services, and generic prescription medications at no additional cost. + Annual performance evaluations with pay raises. **Work Environment** The majority of the plant is climate-controlled and maintains a clean environment.
