**Job Title: Facilities Supervisor**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and operations of our industrial manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both technical and administrative aspects of facility management, with a focus on food manufacturing.
**Responsibilities**
+ Supervise a team of 4-6 hourly employees, providing guidance, training, and support.
+ Report directly to the Facilities Superintendent, ensuring all maintenance activities align with company standards and goals.
+ Oversee the operation and maintenance of wastewater treatment systems, boilers, plant water systems, air compressors, HVAC systems (ammonia experience is a plus), various types of doors, and food manufacturing floor maintenance.
+ Manage contractors and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
+ Perform administrative tasks including the use of MS Office products, especially Excel, and CMMS software.
+ Handle coaching and disciplinary actions for subordinates as needed.
+ Work primarily on the day shift, with the understanding that some weekends and/or after-hours work may be required.
**Essential Skills**
+ Previous experience with supervision in an industrial manufacturing environment.
+ Experience in food manufacturing.
+ Strong experience in both technical and administrative aspects of facility management.
+ Proficiency in MS Office products, especially Excel.
+ Familiarity with CMMS software.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with ammonia-based HVAC systems.

**Work Environment**
The majority of the plant is climate-controlled and maintains a clean environment. The position is primarily a day shift role with the understanding that some weekends and/or after-hours work may be required. Typical shifts include: 1st shift (5:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday).
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Florence, South Carolina.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
