**Job Title: EVS Supervisor**
**The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 2 years of hospital experience in a leadership role, with a** **background** **in food service and environmental services management. Experience with payroll is also required.**
**Responsibilities**
+ Provide leadership, direction, and management oversight for continuous improvement of the standard EVS operating model within the facility.
+ Make sound business decisions in support of the hospital’s mission and vision.
+ Demonstrate leadership by providing an optimal environment for patient care, safety, service, and value.
+ Manage the day-to-day operations of the department and ensure a consistently high level of cleanliness and aesthetics for patients, visitors, and staff.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum 2 years of hospital experience in a leadership role.
+ Experience leading a food service team and/or environmental services.
+ Experience with payroll management.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Expertise in EVS (Environmental Services), customer service, and EVS management.
+ Knowledge of food service operations, sanitizing, custodial duties, medical facility standards, general labor, hospitality, and foodservice management.
**Work Environment**
The position is based in a wellness treatment center that provides non-emergency services. The facility focuses on providing a safe and clean environment without Covid treatment. The role requires a high level of attention to cleanliness and aesthetics to ensure the best possible experience for patients, visitors, and staff.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $65000.00/yr.

**Workplace Type**
This is a fully onsite position in Los Angeles,CA.
