**Job Title: Facilities Supervisor** **Job Description** We are seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of two buildings, each spanning 100,000 square feet, within the Middleborough, MA area. This role is part of a network that includes McLean Hospital. The position includes an on-call rotation among three workers and involves managing job orders through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). **Responsibilities** + Oversee the maintenance and operations of two large buildings within the McLean Hospital network. + Participate in an on-call rotation with two other workers. + Manage and take job orders through the CMMS system. + Perform hands-on maintenance tasks, including working on rooftop units (RTUs) and possibly a chiller plant. + Troubleshoot mechanical issues and conduct facilities maintenance. + Supervise and lead a team, ensuring efficient and effective operations. + Utilize strong mechanical aptitude to address a variety of maintenance needs. + Maintain plumbing, electrical systems, and chiller operations. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical aptitude with experience in facilities maintenance and troubleshooting. + Experience working on HVAC systems, rooftop units, and potentially chiller plants. + 6+ years of industry experience in facilities or construction. + 2-4 years of supervisory or leadership experience. + Valid driver's license. + Proficiency in CMMS. + Experience with plumbing, electrical systems, and chillers. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Proficiency in computer applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams. + Personable with a high level of customer service. **Why Work Here?** We offer free parking south of the city and the chance to transition to a permanent role with an industry giant.
