Facilities Supervisor

Grow your career with Guardian in the role of **Facilities Supervisor** where you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of building operations for multiple office locations to ensure a clean and safe workspace. You will + Manage daily operations of facilities and safety ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., OSHA, ADA, NYC regulatory. + Respond rapidly to emergencies on a 24/7 basis and provide support for business continuity and disaster recovery. + Conduct regular building inspections and create detailed reports with recommendations for improvements. + Review work of staff and schedule/process work orders to ensure timely issues are addressed. + Ensure Environmental Health and Safety requirements are met. Conduct inspections and create reports to identify issues and remedy. + Develop standards, SLA's and metrics to track work and report.. Collaborate with other Facility Managers to ensure standards and uniformity across locations. + Assist in the planning and execution of facility project work ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines. + Partner with Project Manager as needed to ensure construction projects are completed on time and coordinated successfully. + Manage vendor and landlord relationships, including contract negotiations, lease adherence, and budget adherence. + Create, manage, and track all departmental cost to ensure adherence to budget. Escalate issues and partner with Finance to address and record. + Supervise, hire, and develop facilities team setting performance goals, training schedules, succession planning, and coaching. + Create and oversee purchase orders, requisitions, and stock management for services. + Maintain tenant and property management records, addressing property maintenance needs. + Collaborate and partner with organizational teams such as CRE, Space Planning, Sourcing, Legal, Desktop, and Legal. + Fulfill prescribed environmental and safety tasks meeting Local, State and Federal requirements You have + 3 + years' experience supervising building operations. + Knowledge of electrical, mechanical plumbing, and carpentry; ability to read construction drawings and technical data sheets. + College degree preferred or equivalent professional experience. + Experience prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects. + Vendor management experience working with outsourced service providers. + Demonstrated leadership experience. + Knowledge of EHS duties and task. + Knowledge of Archibus. Location This is an in-office position requiring an on-site presence Monday - Friday. The primary location will be Hudson Yards, NY with travel as needed to other Guardian offices. **Salary Range:** $80,940.00 - $132,975.00 The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate.
