Job Overview TE Connectivity's Facilities Team conduct facilities and property administration, office planning, corporate leasing and/or real estate coordination. They work closely and provide advice and counsel to company and/or vendor representatives coordinating major facility constructions or modifications or leasing and real estate activities. Requisitos:
Experiencia previa 3 a 5 años como técnico de Facilities. Conocimiento de sistemas eléctricos, hidráulicos, neumático y de control electrónico, fontaneria, HVAC, sistemas vs incendios, compresores de aire. Capacidad para interpretar planos y manuales técnicos. Habilidades para diagnóstico y resolución de problemas técnicos. Disponibilidad para rolar turnos. Actitud proactiva y enfoque en resultados.
