Job Description

The candidate must be able to work in a team environment and possess good oral and written communication skills, professional appearance, and good attitude required. Must be able to travel between two buildings 3 blocks apart. Constructs and repairs walls, ceilings, flooring, and doors in commercial office establishments by performing the following duties.

Work Environment

Responsible for two separate office buildings 3 blocks apart in a professional setting, including We Work Spaces. One building is located at 1001 Woodward Ave, covering 3 entire floors, and the other at 1300 with 2 entire floors. The role involves independent walking between buildings with weekly video meetings.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Detroit, Michigan.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
