To perform some major and most minor repairs/troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and A/C equipment.  Perform all types of scheduled and unscheduled routine maintenance work and assist other Facilities staff as needed.

Required qualifications:

2 years of Experience in maintenance Working experience with a formal work order system Working experience with a formal equipment PM system

Preferred qualifications:

Trade School certificate upon hire 4 years of hospital experience
