Facilities Technician

Facilities Technician  - Kadlec Regional Medical Ctr-Richland, WA 

Under the direction of the Manager, Facilities, performs a variety of skilled building maintenance which includes but is not limited to the following; installation and maintenance of electrical systems, mechanical systems, plumbing systems and miscellaneous carpentry functions.  Maintenance Mechanics are required to perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections on multiple equipment assets and are required to complete appropriate documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.  Other duties can be assigned at the Manager, Facilities or Lead, Maintenance Mechanic per discretion.

Shift Details: Full time, Day shift, No Daily Overtime 40 Hour Week

Required Qualifications:

2 years Commercial maintenance experience or 4 years trade specific construction.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's Degree From an accredited educational institution in a building trade or related discipline. Experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry and other trade disciplines.
