**Description:** Seeking Facilities Maintenance Technician to support an office building in West Palm Beach. · Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe secure and well-maintained. · Troubleshoot power HVAC system and controls and mechanical systems. · Maintain general preventative maintenance, carpentry, plumbing systems and vendor management. · Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed. · Move office furniture machinery equipment and other materials as requested. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + Seeking candidates with 5+ years of HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical experience. + Experience with Carpentry and Drywall as a plus. + High school diploma or GED required. + 8-10 years experience overall maintenance experience required. + Candidates must be computer literate and have experience on Technical Devices Work hours are Monday - Friday 8am-4pm. **Experience Level:** Intermediate Level **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
